Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in South Africa within 10  business days after payment is received and cleared. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in South Africa

2. Domestic Shipping
We ship to the following countries at the following rates and delivery times:

*Estimated from the date the item ships, not when the order is placed.

3. International Shipping
We will occasionally ship to other countries.
Please note: international shipping may be subject to customs clearance, import duties or taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. Transit times can vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.

4. Free Shipping / Minimum Order
We offer free shipping for orders over ZAR10,000 to South Africa. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost shown at checkout will apply.

5. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).
Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address when placing your order — we cannot guarantee redirecting or changing an address once processing is complete.

6. Undeliverable / Lost / Stolen Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure of customs clearance, the customer may be liable for additional costs (reshipment fee, return shipping, etc.).
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after a courier confirms delivery to the address provided. If tracking shows delivered and you have not received the parcel, please contact your local postal service.

7. Shipping Restrictions
If any items incur restricted shipping (due to size, weight, or carrier limitations); these will be clearly flagged in the product description.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at customercare@amylaafrica.com as soon as possible. Once shipment has been processed, changes may not be possible and any additional shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

9. Returns & Exchanges
Our Return/Refund Policy governs returns and exchanges. For more information, see our separate policy page.
Note: The shipping policy covers outbound shipping only; return shipping costs, duties, and any customs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.

10. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to meet the shipping timeframes stated above, delays may occur due to high order volume, public holidays, carrier disruptions or customs clearance delays. We will notify you if a significant delay occurs.
